I offer two one-on-one coaching programs: a 12-week program and a six-month program.

12-Week Program

This program includes 12 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions.

During our sessions, we cover:

~Essentials of self-care and the vital role they play in weight loss;

~Creating a food and eating protocol that works for you, including joy foods and exception meals;

~Using a hunger scale;

~Understanding the role of hormones in weight loss and weight gain;

~Understanding the relationship between weight gain and our food supply;

~The importance of being fat adapted in order to lose weight;

~Understanding the roles of our primitive brain and our sophisticated human brain in weight loss;

~Understanding and processing feelings and urges;

~Understanding the vital role of making decisions ahead of time;

~Understanding the importance in honoring commitments to yourself;

~Having a compelling reason for weight loss;

~The importance of questioning our belief systems and creating our Future Selves;

~The power of discomfort in growth, and the four Cs – Commitment, Courage, Capability, and Confidence;

~Learning how to use The Model to self-coach.

You will complete homework each week that supports the learning and coaching we do.

Six-Month Program

This program includes 24 45-60 minute one-on-one coaching sessions,.

During our sessions, we cover:

~Everything in the 12-week program, plus

~Deeper dive on:

•the science of weight gain and loss

•overcoming obstacles

•fine-tuning your protocol

•understanding intermittent fasting

•how to process and move beyond overeating episodes

•being with ourselves without the distraction of overeating

•meditation, journaling, and visualization

•self-coaching as a way to bring greater awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how to create the results you want in life

•managing your mind around the changes you are experiencing

•body image and goal weight

•relationships – with ourselves and others
